Soap and paper missing in the hotel toilets, because who needs those anyway? Oh, and let's not forget the overpriced parking.

Respect to the Qubus of Krakow the rate was a bit higher but quality lower at all, this is not so good.

Great location, with a shopping center and supermarket nearby. The hotel restaurant was also good, saving us the hassle of finding a place to eat. Plus, the staff was helpful and polite during our stay.

The room was quite small and outdated, not a place you would want to spend much time in. the parking situation was challenging, especially for larger cars.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was great, close to several restaurants and shops. The amenities offered in the hotel were also a plus, especially the swimming pool and sauna which we enjoyed using.

Our romantic escape was ruined by the smoking odor that permeated through our room. Despite informing the staff, we were told that no other rooms were available and had to endure the smell for the duration of our stay.

Reception area, bar and restaurant very friendly environment, welcoming and clean. Food was very good, well presented. Rooms were basic, but we slept well.

We loved staying in this hotel as it was situated right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for us to explore the surroundings. Additionally, this hotel was located opposite a shopping mall which was very useful in case we forgot anything and needed to purchase something quickly. The breakfast here was also great with a variety of options. Lastly, the staff here were very friendly and helped us with whatever we needed.

The rooms could use an update Old-fashioned tv No trouser presses and safes boxes in the rooms The gym equipment is not working properly Had booked 2 rooms for a day on Booked.net. Since we wanted to stay a day longer, the rooms sudden twice as expensive!

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and the train station within a short walk.

Menu for breakfast could have been more self-serve to avoid long waiting queues.
